1. Current website implementation

The marketing-site source reviewed on 18 September 2026 does not include analytics tags, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or application code that writes cookies, local storage or session storage. This is a source-code finding, not a guarantee about live hosting settings or third-party responses.

No optional-tracking consent banner has been added to imply controls that do not exist. A cookie banner alone would not block tracking. The production site still needs a network and storage audit before this notice is finalised.

2. Technologies used to deliver the site

Website hosting

The site is configured for Vercel hosting. The hosting service receives requests and may operate logging or security mechanisms. Any cookies or identifiers introduced by production settings need to be inventoried.

Google Fonts

Fonts are requested from Google's font services. Your browser connects to those services to retrieve them, which involves transmission of request information. This is an external data flow even if no cookie is set.

Animation libraries

The homepage loads GSAP and ScrollTrigger from cdnjs and Lenis from unpkg. The providers receive browser requests for those files. They are included for presentation, not as analytics tags.

Enquiry form

Submitting the form sends its fields to the website's contact endpoint. The handler is configured to save the enquiry with Supabase and email it through Resend. This is form processing, not a cookie preference. Read the collection notice.

3. Separate platform and merchant stores

Logging in, applying to a creator program or shopping on a merchant's website takes you to a different service. Those services can use account sessions, attribution identifiers and other technologies not used by this marketing page. See the platform privacy notice and the relevant merchant's notices.

This notice does not classify creator attribution or advertising tracking as strictly necessary. Any exemption or consent requirement needs to be assessed for the actual technology, purpose and jurisdiction.

4. Your controls

Your browser may let you inspect, block and delete cookies or other site data. Blocking external resources can affect fonts and animations. Browser controls are not a substitute for any consent controls the site itself is legally required to provide.

Before adding optional tracking: review applicable laws, update this inventory and privacy information, and implement any required prior opt-in and withdrawal controls. Do not load a tracker before required consent, and do not treat silence or continued browsing as an opt-in.
