How your rate is set

One flat rate per cycle, set by the total revenue UGC247 has driven for you since day one. Not last cycle, all of it. Cross into a new band and every cycle from then on bills at the lower rate, no matter what happens next: rates never go back up, and a rate you reach is yours forever.

Big brands can clear the early bands in weeks. Every brand reaches the top band the same way from there, one sale at a time.

Billing cycles

Cycles run 30 days from the day you join, not calendar months. Each cycle bills at whatever rate your lifetime total had already earned before that cycle started, so you always know the number before it bills.

What gets counted

The rate applies only to orders UGC247 attributes to one of your creators in your Shopify store, tagged on the order in your own Shopify admin so you can check every one. The rest of your store's revenue is never touched.

Refunded orders claw back automatically, from the revenue your rate is measured on and from the creator's commission.

Creator commission

Commission is whatever you set, and it's paid to creators on top of the platform fee. Nobody earns anything, you included on our side, until something actually sells.

Bank payouts only: the two payout fees

These two fees apply only to bank payouts. Store credit does not trigger either fee. Bank payouts go through an identity-checked payout account, straight to the creator's bank: $5 per creator, once per 30-day billing cycle in which they receive a bank payout, plus 4% of each bank payout. Multiple bank payouts to the same creator in one cycle still incur only one $5 account fee.

That 4% is charged on the commission transferred to the creator's bank account, never on your sales. For example, pay six creators $1,000 in total commission to their bank accounts from $10,000 in orders: the transfer fees are $40 (0.4% of that revenue), alongside $30 in account fees. No bank payout means neither payout fee applies, even if the creator earns commission or receives store credit. The separate sales-based platform fee is unchanged.

Store credit: no extra payout fees

Creators can ask to take their earnings as store credit in your Shopify store instead of a bank payout, at a conversion you set, for example every $1.00 earned becoming $1.20 of credit. You approve each request, and the credit lands directly on their customer account in your Shopify.

Commission paid this way turns back into orders in your own store. No separate payout-platform account is needed. Store-credit rewards incur neither the $5 payout account fee nor the 4% payout-platform fee. The separate sales-based platform fee still applies.
